After a few afternoons of cloud , that thankfully also brought our first, albeit limited, summer rainfall, I took a chance on Mars this afternoon despite winds gusting up to 10m/s. Understandably, imaging was difficult, and I could only capture a few R610LP SERs The view is centred on Amazonis, with Mare Sirenum across the top.I note that Mars has finally slipped below 4”.[Clyde Foster : Khomas,Namibia]
