on the 13th methane image of 18.08UT a festoon-like feature in the EZ followed by bright areas and spot is detected

Good seeing conditions with some low clouds
Titan was under the rings. A  white spot is seen in the far southern latitudes.
I have used Winjupos and in my image it's located  about at L3=197°and Latitudes=-46.0°
