永続白斑BAは淡く小さい。ややオレンジ色、気流が良く内部の明るい形が変わって見える。IR画像では南側が明るい

Here are my first Jupiter images of the year! Seeing was good but transparency was a times variable due to passing thin clouds.
The red Oval BA is resolved with it's prominent red ring. The STrZ little red spot can also be seen.
Small red spots do appear on the STrZ and will usually get destroyed when it gets to the GRS.
The NEB shows a bright outbreak.

The New Year brought clear sky but unstable seeing.
A few fair to good moments allowed a better than expected RGB using more robust processing.

I had a brief view of Jupiter last night before the clouds came up.
The seeing was fair at around AIII; this is unusual given that the jet stream is right above the country.
There were a number of things of interest on the disk:
- SPR: A vague greyish region. S3TZ seems to be quite bright.
- SSTB: A brownish-grey feature with a white oval A8 visible.
There was a large bright gap visible in the belt on the following side.
- STB: Only a short segment visible just above the GRS. The GRS setting on the preceding limb.
- SEB: Interesting appearance with a lot of structure.
There seems to be a number of irregular dark and light sections within the belt.
- EZ fairly active with a number of festoons,some quite dark in the region where they join the NEB(s).
- NEB: A broad belt with a lot of complex detail including bright rifts.
A bright spot was very obvious in the NEB(n)- this must be WSZ.
- NTB: A thin golden band with little detail
- NNTB: There seems to be an irregular dark section within this belt.
- NPR: A vague ill defined region.
By 21:28UT the clouds thickened considerably and definition fell away putting an end to observations
