Aから大赤斑までの経度です。寒さの底に入り、シーイングはだいぶ良くなりました。
II=20°にあるSEB中の小白斑が目立ちました。
大赤斑は内部は一様で、太って大きく見えますが、CMTではいつもの大きさでした。
後方のpost-GRS dist.は短く、白斑はひとつだけのようです。

The occultations of the Galilean moons by Jupiter are highly relevant observational events for the study of orbital dynamics,
the planet's atmospheric structure,and light-matter interaction on astronomical scales.
During an occultation,a Jovian moon is progressively obscured by the planet's disk,
allowing for the precise determination of the times of disappearance and reappearance,
which are directly related to the geometry of the system and the orbital parameters of the satellite.

The chronometry of occultations provides fundamental data for refining the ephemerides of the Galilean moons,
being particularly sensitive to gravitational perturbations resulting from orbital resonances,
such as the Laplace system involving Io,Europa,and Ganymede. Systematic observations of these events,
including those carried out by non-professional observers with appropriate instrumentation,continue to contribute to the validation of modern dynamical models.

Furthermore,photometric analysis of occultations at different wavelengths allows for the investigation of effects associated with Jupiter's upper atmosphere.
The gradual attenuation of the moons' brightness,
especially in near-infrared observations and in bands sensitive to methane absorption,
may reflect scattering and absorption processes in the upper layers of Jupiter's atmosphere,
as well as irregularities in the planetary limb. In specific cases,
such as for Io,such observations are also potentially sensitive to the presence of an extremely rarefied atmosphere
or to phenomena associated with its intense volcanic activity.
From a historical point of view,the occultations of the Galilean moons played a central role in the development of modern physics.
The systematic analysis of the time delays observed in the occultations of Io,carried out by Ole Romer in the 17th century,
led to the first observational determination of the finiteness of the speed of light,
establishing a fundamental milestone in the understanding of electromagnetic phenomena.

Thus,the occultations of Jupiter's moons remain,to this day,events of high scientific value,
connecting amateur and professional observations,historical experiments and modern high-resolution techniques,
and contributing significantly to the integrated study of the Jovian system.
